The law firm "Legalis" was established in July 2005 in Sopot by four legal advisors: Kajetan Komar-Komarowski, Magdalena Komar-Komarowska, Dorota Piotrowska, and Andrzej Sulima. The founders' names have constituted part of the official name of the firm ever since.
